Approximately 65 employees
Branch offices in Atlanta, Dallas, LA and Oakland servicing the southern US.
Approximately 2,000 active customers (approximately 300 with open balances)
Reports to CFO; works closely with COO, Controller and District Sales Managers
No travel required
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Work with approximately 15 members of our Sales team.
Responsible for adhering to Credit Policy
Establish credit for new customers.
Maintain AR insurance coverage on eligible accounts
Contact accounts for collections
Effectively address delinquent accounts
Handle multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
Monitor and analyze accounts receivable for signs of trouble.
Process customer credit card payments and post to accounts receivable.
Prepare and process daily cash deposit and post to accounts receivable.
